God’s Woman Who Has Nothing By Yasmin

The caption sounds crazy and a little like blasphemy; right? However, in all honesty, look around you and you will notice the trend of ladies who seem to have a relationship with God not doing well in virtually everything; from their family, relationships, finances, business, career and to their health, all seems to be seriously challenged.

On the other hand, when you remember Psalms 55:22 which says, “Cast thy burden upon the Lord and he shall sustain thee, He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved”, then you feel the seeming contradictory nature of the scriptures to the reality of the righteous woman.

Why must everything be a struggle for her and effortless for the other woman who doesn’t believe in God and his existence? That woman who lives on the fast lane seems to get everything she desires and good befalls her most days of her life!

People begin to compare the two: the worldly woman doesn’t have God, in fact, she doesn’t know Him but she is living a fantastic life but the lady who feeds on God’s words and holds God in high esteem but has nothing.

If God says “there shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling” then why is the righteous woman always having repeated visits to the hospital? Why does the worse seem to happen to her? From a broken family to an abusive relationship, to sexual abuse, unhealthy marriage, life threatening diseases, loss of a child, loss of a job, etc.

But the Bible maintained in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of Peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

How do we corroborate the above verse with the reality of what we see and go through in life? How possible is it that we remain steadfast in the Lord and His teachings when everything seems to be falling apart.

Here is our Consolation “God is not Man that he should lie, neither the son of man that He should repent, hath he said and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken and shall He not make it good?

It means every word ever spoken about your life stands because he is not a man that he should lie and He does need a man to make him the God He has always been. He said “don’t be afraid of the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flieth by day” Indeed, terror will definitely come by night and those arrows must be shot, but guess what? God has got you because you have made him your habitation; you are under His custody. We are under His wings and he is our refuge and for that single reason, we can’t be moved.

God has a plan and God’s plan is the master type, every situation works for GOOD for those under His shadow. Whenever God means to make a man great, he always breaks him in pieces first. I know the process can be painful but always remember that he promised an expected end (a Great End).

When nothing seems to be happening, I want you to know that God is at work. God can never throw at you a challenge bigger than you because he has you and he knows your strength. He knows what you are capable of and how far you can go; you don’t have God, He has you.

The next time the devil speaks through someone to tell you that you have nothing because of your current situation, tell that person “God is not man; God doesn’t lie. He promised me an Expected End, so I will WAIT”

When God’s gat you, he doesn’t prepare a table in front of your friends; he prepares it in front of your enemies, your naysayers, those who laughed; those who mocked your situation and mocked your God.

Thank you for reading and I would love to get feedbacks from You. I love You but God loves you MORE!!!!
